To achieve the highest level of satisfied customers found within the printed circuit board market place today. This will be accomplished by providing customers one main point of contact, automated e-mailed order confirmations with delivery dates, consistent real time status of their project throughout their delivery time, immediate notification of any process failure that will affect delivery and automated e-mail notification upon product shipment.
